This CPR course is accredited by SRFAC and aims to provide participants with knowledge & techniques to recognise and mitigate cardiac arrest. This course will also provide you with the knowledge and skills on how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Course Outline
This programme is designed to equip the participant with basic healthcare and home care including the main tasks such as:
- Spotting an Emergency and Conducting a Safe Scene Check.
- Recognizing Cardiac and Breathing Emergencies.
- How to Perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- Demonstration and Practice with Training AED Devices.

Offsite Training is available for registration with a minimum 8 trainees to commence the class. Offsite Training fee applies
Entry Requirements:
- Able to speak, read and understand English effectively as the course is conducted in English.
- Physically fit with no pre-existing medical conditions such as back trouble, knee/spinal/joints injuries, heart/lung conditions etc. Please consult a doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions before proceeding with the course.
- Trainees who are pregnant or suspect they are pregnant are highly discouraged from taking courses with CPR. Due to safety reason, we strongly discourage trainees from attending the course. It is advisable register for the course after maternity leave has ended.
